Randi is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a clinical focus on couples, families, and emerging adults. After receiving her B.A. from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Randi went on to receive a Juris Doctor degree from Cardozo School of Law in New York City. She completed her Master of Social Work at Fordham University, where she gained social work experience working with individuals, couples and families, and co-led substance abuse recovery support groups.
Randi has specific interests in CBT, EFT and Gottman Method techniques and incorporates these concepts into her sessions. Additionally, she is the co-founder and co-executive editor of the online parenting publication, Motherwell Magazine, and is a freelance writer on subjects related to parenting and families; her work has been published in The Washington Post, Modern Loss, and Brain, Child Magazine.
Whether working with individuals, couples or families, Randi’s approach is to create a collaborative, non-judgmental and supportive environment where every client feels comfortable, respected and heard; she values the unique and distinct experiences and backgrounds of every client, and is dedicated to creating a safe, authentic and welcoming space, working alongside clients to help identify goals and ways to meet them.
In her free time, Randi enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading a good book, and watching TV shows that make her laugh (out loud).
